Do I have a rat problem?
Most of our customers first notice late night scratching and gnawing sounds coming from the ceiling. Fewer see signs of rat chewing and rat droppings inside the home, usually the kitchen. And fewer still actually spot a rat scurrying about their home.

Why the concern?
A small rat problem can quickly become a big rat problem, resulting in disturbing animal noises during the night and even the day. Rats continually gnaw and consequently have the potential of destroying any plumbing or electrical wire they come across. Beyond noise and damage, rats are known transmitters of a number of diseases. A rat problem will not get better on its own.

Our residential customers appreciate our lasting results, quality workmanship, and dedication to safety.

Every residential job is unique and directly dependent on the structure of the infested home.  The rat control program we offer is designed to solve the infestation quickly, safely, and permanently.

Some wildlife problems are relatively easy and can be solved by the homeowner.   Some wildlife problems are somewhat tricky and should be performed by a wildlife company and it may not matter how skilled the wildlife operator is.   Rat problems are the absolute most difficult wildlife problems and the skill level of the wildlife company you hire is incredibly important.  Any small mistake on the part of the wildlife professional can cause the work to fail and money to be wasted.
Tips for Homeowners
  • Keep dog and cat food well sealed. Rats are extremely attracted to this smell.

  • Pick up fallen nuts and citrus fruit from your lawn.

  • Make sure tree branches are not providing easy roof access. Trim branches at least 18 inches away from roof.

  • Clean up bird seed spillage from feeders.

  • Keep garbage tightly sealed in metal cannisters.

  • Remove excess weeds and keep bushes trimmed. Rats are more likely to investigate homes where there is easy cover to hide in.
Rat elimination and permanent prevention is our specialty.  Call today to discuss your situation with our experts.
